Coach starts the lesson with some "Foot Position" & "Perfect Plant" Drills to achieve better contact. Coach uses that information to emphasize what his "Perfect Plant" should be on his kickoffs. The "Focus on the Plant Drill" really makes a difference in this kickers foot to ball contact. At the end of the lesson you see the kickers improvement is in direct correlation to his plant foot to the ball & kickoff tee.
